noisy infants

disappointing service

So we fully paid for the reservation a month in advance and when we checked in they told us there was no room available and that really got my blood boiling at first but eventually they found us a room and it was supposed to be wrong room but turns out it was what we booked so that was nice but then we had nonstop noise from upstairs

It wasn’t cheap but you expect some peace for what you pay.
